International shipping may take longer, typically 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy for sizing issues. If you need to return an item due to sizing, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at service@torquecult.com to start the return process. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund or exchange.
3. What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package. We kindly ask you to provide photographic proof of the damage to qualify for a refund or replacement. We will assess each case individually and ensure a fair resolution.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@torquecult.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The flat rate for international orders is $15.00. Please be aware that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
